This Privacy Policy explains how Mohammad Musallam (“I”, “me”, “my”) handles personal information when you visit this website or contact me. I am based in Amman, Jordan.

- Information you give me: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and the content of your message when you email me, message me on WhatsApp, or book a meeting.
- Booking details: if you open the booking link, the name, email, time, and notes you enter there are processed by the scheduling provider (Google Calendar).
- Site language: separate English and Arabic URLs determine the displayed language, without needing to save a preference in browser local storage.
- This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
2. How I use your information
- Reply to your enquiries and arrange meetings.
- Deliver services we agree on and manage our working relationship.
- Keep records required for accounting and legal purposes.
- Improve how I present and deliver my services.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for automated decision-making.
3. Sharing
- Service providers that help me operate: email hosting, Google Calendar (scheduling), and WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to message me there.
- Professional advisers, or authorities, where the law requires it.
These providers act on my instructions or under their own terms.
4. International transfers
Some providers may store or process information outside Jordan. Where required, I rely on appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
I keep enquiry and engagement information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires a longer period.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact me to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the competent authority in Jordan.
